Two 1-2 hour prenatal visits
On call 24 hours from 36 weeks until birth with text and phone support.
Physical, emotional and informational support from beginning of labour to the birth and immediate recovery period.
Two 1-2 hour postpartum visits.
Postpartum Doula Package
(suggestive package) 3 visits week one, 2 visits week 2, 1 visit week 3
30 hours spread out over the course of 1-3 weeks
Text and Phone Support.

Ala Carte
Choose what services you want from any of my packages.$45 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Overnight Postpartum
On call from 38 weeks and ready to join your family in overnight support from the first day home.(suggestive package) 5 nights for the first two weeks, 3 nights for the 3rd and 4th week, 2 nights for the 5th and 6th week.
